As we move into Spring and begin to emerge from our winter hibernations, it's a chance to find our flow again. Join me as we breathe, move and feel our energy flourish in this flowing Saturday afternoon wellbeing session.
What’s included? A 50 minute flowing Pilates class set in a beautiful yurt. Designed to release unwanted tension from your body and create a renewed sense of energy, you’ll leave feeling energised and clear in both mind and body. A short relaxation session to help clear cobwebs from your mind and set new intentions for Spring. A chance to chat and connect with like minded people over teas and juices. Cake! There is always cake at our wellbeing events and this will hopefully give us a chance to enjoy the outdoor seating too!
