This class combines Classical Pilates with contemporary moves to enhance your mobility, flexibility, stability, strength and core.

Leaving you feeling lengthened and strong, exercises will also work to release tension and improve posture as well as overall body awareness.

Get ready to feel the burn, as we work through targeted muscle groups during this full body class.

Suitable for all abilities, I will guide you through different adaptations and progressions for each excercise, so you can work at your own level.
