Join us every Wednesday for our weekly Qoya class! Experience the joy of moving your body, connecting with your spirit, and finding your flow.

Whether you’re a seasonal practitioner or a curious beginner, all are welcome! Qoya is a movement practice and an opportunity to connect with your inner self. It’s an uplifting journey and a way to revitalise your body mind and spirit. There is no way you can do Qoya wrong, the way you know you are doing it right is that it feels good!
